Racing as we know it today, with the hundred of thousands in the stands and millions and millions of TV watchers have come along way from the days of racing in the beginning. Daytona was first raced on the sandy beach of Daytona, a far cry from the asphalt race track they race on now. No one could have imagined that it would evolved into the mega sport it is today. From the early years to the present days, the sport has seen several superstar drivers and the card companies bring them to life for their fans to collect. The cars have been made to go faster, but the drivers still have the same goal...to be the first across the finish line.
